Inventory

Through the inventory panel, you can view the Oracle products you have already installed in the Oracle home or in your Oracle Applications Top directory (APPL_TOP).

Clicking the Save As button displays a File browse dialog box you can use to enter a file name. The inventory as seen in the inventory tree will be saved in the selected file as text.

You may also remove the product from the Oracle home or APPL_TOP by selecting a product and pressing the Remove button.

Notes:

• Although the Oracle Universal Installer can list all products previously installed with another Installer (orainst), it cannot deinstall them.

• If you cannot de-install at this time, it is because the de-installation is not allowed. The dependency analysis is done based on the already installed components.
